Our founder was mentored in new construction by a builder with over 40 years of experience. He quickly learned that the first step in any development project is securing the right parcel of land, which often means reaching out directly to owners to identify and acquire unused lots.This approach led to the founding of Front Range Land LLC in Colorado in 2019. Since then, we have continued operations in Colorado while expanding into Florida and the Carolinas to diversify our projects.

Our team brings extensive expertise in new construction, land subdivision, municipal collaboration, and resolving even the most complex title challenges. We’ve assisted numerous sellers in navigating probate, resolving liens, and clearing other title issues, allowing them to sell their land without paying out-of-pocket costs for attorneys or title companies. When we make an offer on a plot of land, we handle the leg work and close every time!
